    Realme UI 4.0 (Android 13) update: early access/beta, release date, and eligible devices

    Realme announced its upcoming realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13 to launch soon. Moreover, early this month the company revealed the realme UI 4.0 roadmap via a Weibo post from Chen Lei Rain.

    Early last month, the Chinese tech giant already kicks-off the Android 13 early access program for the realme GT 2 Pro smartphone in India. Ahead of the official realme UI 4.0 launch, the company now revealed the Android 13 early access rollout plan via Twitter.

    According to the Android 13 early access plan, the company began to roll out the beta phase for its smartphones starting this month with realme GT 2, and realme GT 3 Neo/150W as well.

    Once Google dropped the stable version of Android 13 for its Pixel phones, third-party OEMs began preparing to roll out their own custom UIs, adding some tweaks and new flair. Meanwhile, Realme has also started recruiting for Early Access after conducting a closed beta test on its eligible devices.

    Realme Android 13 features:

    Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13 includes more Material You color schemes and “movie” wallpapers, tap-to-transfer, opt-in notifications, QR code scanner, “Pan Language” per-app language settings for apps, battery measurement, UWB Support, support for Bluetooth low energy audio, home button assistant switching, etc.
