    Verizon Samsung Galaxy S21/S21 FE 5G gets One UI 4.1.1 update in the US

    Samsung already started pushing the One UI 4.1.1 update based on Android 12, beginning with Galaxy S22 series last month. Now, the Verizon Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 FE 5G started receiving the One UI 4.1.1 update in the US.

    The latest update has already hit the global variant of the Galaxy S21 series and now the Verizon Galaxy S21 joins the latest One UI update with a build G991USQU5CVH8 version and for the Galaxy S21 FE 5G G990USQU3CVH8 version.

    The OTA update brings One UI 4.1.1 update with private sharing, Smart View, and August 2022 security patch with dozens of vulnerability fixes related to privacy and security and improved overall system stability of these phones.

    Multi-view has been added in the Smart-view option to fit your daily usage style, you can now select the Multi-view control from the smart-view option. You can now edit the folder name once files are shared through private sharing. Go to Private Share > select sent or received files > select the 3 dots for more options > select Edit name.

    If you own an unlocked Galaxy S21/FE in the US then you might receive a notification if not then check it manually by navigating Settings > Software update > Download and install.
