[Second Batch] Oppo Find X5, Find X5 Pro ColorOS 13 (Android 13) beta is now live

Oppo has been working on its latest ColorOS version for several months ago. The company first rolled out the Android 13 beta version for the Find X5 Pro shortly after Google dropped its first Android 13 beta for its Pixel Phones at I/O 2022 conference.

The fresh ColorOS 13 beta will let Find X5/Pro users experience the all-new feature and goodies ahead of the stable ColorOS version. The beta version is said to be live in Indonesia & Thailand & Vietnam & Malaysia & UAE & France [Public market device] & Australia [Public market device] for the Pro model and in UAE & France just for Find X5.

Moreover, the company hasn’t yet revealed any notice or plan for a wider rollout currently for the ColorOS 13 beta version. Additionally, the Chinese tech giant also released a list of Incompatible applications for Android 13.

Forthcoming Android 13-based ColorOS 13 includes more Material You color schemes and ‘cinematic’ wallpapers, Tap-to-transfer, Opt-in notifications, QR code scanner, ‘Panlingual’ per-app language settings for apps, Battery measures, UWB support, Support for Bluetooth Low-Energy Audio, Home button Assistant toggle and more.

The company is now looking for 1000 Find X5/Pro users to participate in ColorOS 13 beta version. The beta version is only live on August 3 and August 4.

If you own Oppo Find X5/Pro and want to try out the Android 13 beta, navigate to Settings > Software Update and tap the gear icon. On the next screen, select Apply for Beta > Update Beta and follow the on-screen instructions to apply.
