Facebook and Instagram receives new update that gives access to use new editing tools

Meta-owned Facebook and Instagram are now receiving an update that gives access to use new editing tools, the ability to create and schedule Reels, and more on the desktop. The company has rolled out three updates for the Instagram application.

The first update brings the capacity to import your own audio while creating Reels on the Instagram application. The company has also updated the collection of sound effects with new options on Instagram.

Additionally, a second feature added to Instagram through the update is that creators can add polls, quizzes, and emoji slider stickers to the Instagram reels.

And the last feature brings the capability to maximize the reel time by more than 90 sec on the Instagram application and the feature called Templates.

Alternatively, on Facebook, the company released a feature from which the users can create a video clip from long-form videos, recorded or live videos this feature is called a video clipping tool.

Another and the last Facebook feature is which is called a sound sync, which can sync video clips to the beat of a song automatically on the application.

Moreover, the two apps (Instagram and Facebook) have started recommending Reels in Feeds globally, which will help creators expand the reach of their content.
