    OPPO Reno4 Z 5G getting stable ColorOS 12 based on Android 12 update

    Last month, Oppo has kicked off the ColorOS 12 public beta for the Reno4 Z 5G. Over the past few weeks, it is notable that the company is releasing ColorOS 12 beta and a stable build for some of its eligible devices.

    Now, the Chinese tech giant started rolling out a stable ColorOS 12 based on the Android 12 update for the Reno4 Z 5G smartphone. The update is said to be live in Thailand & the Philippines at the moment and will see a wider rollout soon.

    According to an official announcement post on Oppo Community, the stable ColorOS 12 build comes with version number C.52/C.53 for the Oppo Reno4 Z 5G.

    If you own a Reno4 Z 5G and want to get the new update, you can expect an OTA notification in the coming days. If you don’t want to wait for the automatic rollout, you can download the update manually by navigating to Settings > Software Update > Trial and clicking “Apply Now”.

    ColorOS 12 introduces several exciting features, including a new wallpaper-based theming system, camera and microphone indicators, Screen Translate, Background Stream Canvas AOD, Privacy dashboard, and more.
