    Samsung Galaxy A52 receives March 2022 security update

    Samsung Galaxy A52 (SM-A525M) receives March 2022 security patch, by an update. The update also includes 50 privacy and security vulnerability fixes and improves system stability.

    The latest firmware update was announced through a Samsung forum post, it comes with a build number A525xUBS4BVB2, the firmware is currently seeding in the parts of Brazil, Panama, Bolivia, Trinidad and Tobago, and Paraguay. However, the company will release the same in other regions soon.

    The South Korean tech giant already started kicking off March 2022 security updates to its smartphones and tablets. The Galaxy S22 trio was the first series to get it.

    If you own a Galaxy A52 model in the above regions, then you might receive a notification if not, then check it manually by Opening Settings > Software update > Download and install.

    Samsung launched the Galaxy A52 smartphone back in March 2021 with Android 11 based on One UI 3.0 version out-of-the-box, the smartphone currently running Android 12 based One UI 4.0 update in some regions.

    According to Samsung’s three year major update policy, the Galaxy A52 may gets upto Android 14 One UI 6.0 update in the future, the company may release the upcoming Android 13 based One UI 5.0 update sometimes in February 2023.
