Samsung rapidly pushing February 2022 security updates for its smartphones and tablets, lately, the company kicked off the same software update for the Galaxy S21, Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S20, Galaxy Note 10, and the latest Foldables.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (SM-G990U) started getting a new software update with version G990USQS2BVA4 in the US, the latest OTA brings February 2022 security patch along with dozens of vulnerabilities fixes and improves system stability.
The update is rolling out for carrier-locked Galaxy S21 FE 5G variant on Comcast and T-Mobile’s network in the US, but expect more carriers to release it in the coming days.
If you own a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G in the US then you might receive a notification if not then check it manually by navigating Settings > Software update > Install and download.
Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S21 FE 5G back in January 2022. The smartphone currently running on Android 12-based One UI 4.0 out of the box and will receive four major Android OS updates in the future.
