    Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite receive January 2022 security update

    As the month is coming to an end, Samsung is rushing to release the January 2022 patch to its eligible devices. Many Galaxy smartphones have received this update and now the Galaxy S10 Lite is getting the newest security patch.

    The latest update for Galaxy S10 users come with version G770FXXS6FVA1 and it is currently rolling out for the users in Spain. We expect it to expand to other regions in the coming days.

    The January 2022 security update for the Galaxy S10 Lite brings fixes for a bunch of privacy and security-related vulnerabilities.

    If you own a Galaxy S10 Lite, then you should soon get an OTA for this patch. However, you can always check for updates manually via Settings >> Software update >> Download and install.

    Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite has already received the stable Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update in most regions. And you can upgrade to the latest update if you haven’t already. Moreover, the handset will also be getting the One UI 4.1 update in the near future.

    The Galaxy S10 Lite users will be thrilled to know that they have one more Android upgrade incoming, while the rest of the Galaxy S10 models won’t get any more official Android updates after the Android 12.
