Stable Android 12-based One UI 4.0 comes to Galaxy S20 & Note 20 with latest update

Two more Galaxy devices join the stable Android 12 party as Samsung moves forwards on its way to release One UI 4.0 update to its eligible devices. Earlier today, Galaxy Z Fold 2 received stable One UI 4.0, and now, the company now makes it available for Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Note 20 series.

The stable update for Galaxy S20 comes with version G98xxXXSCEUL7 and is now rolling out in Switzerland at the initial stage. This update will gradually make its way on to more S20 models around the globe.

On the other hand, Galaxy Note 20 series is also receiving a stable One UI 4.0 update carrying versi on N98xxXXS3EULF.

For the Note 20 lineup too, the update is being released in Switzerland.

For both lineups, the latest update carries December 2021 security update that brings security enhancements to these devices. Users will soon start getting the update via OTA and if not, then you can also check for updates manually.

  • Check for new software update: Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S20 are currently receiving regular security patches and are also eligible for the upcoming One UI 4.1 update that too will be based on Android 12.
