Samsung’s newly launched Galaxy Watch 4 is getting a new software update improving the virtual bezel feature that the users were previously having issues with.
This virtual touch bezel allows users to scroll through a long display of content by rotating the bezel using fingers. This is the feature of Watch 4, while the Watch 4 Classic comes with a physical rotating bezel, just like the Watch 3.
Additionally, this new firmware also brings a new UI animation that you can see while you access the app drawer. Moreover, it enhances your overall usability experience and brings stability to these smartwatches.
This Galaxy Watch 4 software update comes with PDA version R8**XXU1BUI5 and it is available for both the Watch 4 models. For your information, it can take some days for this update to show up on your device via OTA. You may need to download a package of around 290MB or it may vary.
Samsung launched the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic, its two premium smartwatches on August 11 alongside the Galaxy Flip 3 and Galaxy Fold 4. The Galaxy Watch 4 loads bulk of high-end features such as a Super AMOLED display and new wearOS powered by Samsung and Google.
