Samsung is on a rollout day today! Recently, the Galaxy Note 20, the Galaxy A52, and Galaxy A72 have received the September 2021 security update and now its Galaxy S10 series turn to get updated to the newest security patch.

It seems that ahead of the One UI 4.0 (Android 12) beta, the company wants to upgrade its maximum devices or at least the top models to the latest security patch. According to the information, the Galaxy S10 models have begun incorporating the September 2021 patch initially in Switzerland.

    Version details:

    • G973FXXSCFUH5 – Galaxy S10
    • G975FXXSCFUH5 –  Galaxy S10+
    • G970FXXSCFUH5 – Galaxy S10e

The previous August 2021 security update for the Galaxy S10 arrived almost at the end of the last month. It carried the new features of One UI 3.1.1 which are aimed to improve its performance and bring some little tweaks to the UI.

However, the new September update only has security enhancements to offer. This firmware has begun to release for the S10 units via OTA, but not all users will get it at once.

To check for the update manually on your Galaxy device, go to Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
